The funeral for Acie Carl Duncan, 75, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008, at Calvary Chapel. Dave Davis will officiate. Burial will be in Ames Cemetery. Arrangements are by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

He was born April 15, 1933, in Canadian, Texas, to Mable and Asa Duncan and died Monday, Oct. 13, 2008, in Enid.

He moved to Ringwood at a young age where his grandmother had homesteaded a farm, south of Meno. He worked different jobs over the years, working more than 13 years at Enid High School. He retired in 1993. He was married to Charlotte Puckett.

Surviving are his wife, Charlotte; five daughters, Paula Johnson, Kathy Heard and Mary Duncan, all of Enid, Shelly Matussak of Claremore, and Rozella of Tulsa; four sons, Ronnie of Edgar, Neb., Jamie of Enid, and Jimmy and Verlin, both of Tulsa; two sisters, Ruth Humphrey of Enid and Helen Scheffe of Kansas; one brother, Doyle of Kansas; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Calvary Chapel.

March 14, 1941 - June 25, 2019

Celebration of life for Charlotte Duncan, 78, of Enid, will be 10:00a.m., Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Calvary Chapel Fellowship of Enid with pastor Matthew Thoms officiating. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Charlotte Jane (Puckett) Duncan was born March 14, 1941 in Enid, OK to Charles and Dorothy Puckett and passed away June 25, 2019 in Enid. She married the love of her life Acie Carl Duncan March 12, 1959. Charlotte and Acie enjoyed camping in the summers together at Canton Lake. She loved crocheting, making dolls, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Charlotte is survived by her six children, Paula Johnson, Kathy Long, Ronnie Duncan and wife Connie, Mary Duncan, Shelly Matussak, and Jamie Duncan and wife Lori; fourteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her brother Paul Puckett and wife Paulette; her sister, Peggy Overstreet.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Acie Duncan; her sister, Pearl Lewis; her brothers, Charles and Dale Puckett.
