Services for Sharon Deloris Romines, 81, of Rubottom will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 30 in the Rubottom Baptist Church with Brother Jimmy May officiating and Pastor Ryan Eakins assisting.

Interment will follow in the Rubottom Cemetery.
 

Born October 23, 1939 at Orr, the daughter of Jesse Richard and Vivian Dorothy Janes Patty, she died Monday, July 26, 2021 in Mercy Hospital, Ardmore.
 
Sharon was a lifelong area resident and a graduate of Ringling High School. She married the love of her life James R.B. Romines on March 15, 1958 in Gainesville, Texas. He preceded her in death on April 20, 2010. Sharon was a member of the Rubottom Baptist Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir. One of her favorite activities was playing bingo at Canoe Brook of Ardmore. Sharon loved spending time watching her kids and grandkids playing basketball at Turner School, going to family gatherings, and spending precious time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. Sharon dedicated her life to caring for her husband and children.
 
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Ralph Romines and Ricky Romines; grandson, Chris Rhyne; and seven siblings, Wilma Jean Romines, Stanley Patty, Rachel Mays, Lyndol Patty, Rebecca Patty, Melissa Patty, and Carolyn Tucker. 
 
Survivors include daughters, Janet Smith and husband Jeff of Lone Grove and Cindy Rhyne and husband Claud of Burneyville; brother, Truman Patty of Brushy Mound; sister, Velta Bowerman and husband Harold of Oklahoma City; two grandchildren, Brook Romines and wife Angie of Edmond and Jessica Partain and husband Matt of Ardmore; and four great-grandchildren, Betty and Blakely Partain and Gavin and Emma Romines.
 
Serving as pallbearers will be Roger Romines, Johnny Dewbre, Bill Dewbre, Jimmy Dale Dewbre, Shane Patty, and Shannon Patty.
