Services for Mrs. Dora Willingham were Friday at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Anderson-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Don Waters officiating.
Mrs. Willingham was born August 5, 1946, in Marietta and died October 28, 1992, in the Love County Health Center, Marietta, at the age of 46. She was the daughter of Quinton and Rosie Burton Thurman.
Mrs. Willingham had been a resident of Marietta and Ardmore all of her life. She married Ray Calvin Willingham April 20, 1963. A homemaker, Mrs. Willingham was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Rosie Crow of Marietta; three sons, Ray Willingham, David Wayne Willingham, and Jerry Don Willingham of Marietta; a daughter, Donna Henson of Marietta; two brothers, Bobby Brown of Marietta and Edward Thurman of McCloud; three sisters, Alta Faye Green of Wynnewood and Margie Blanton and Mary Trollinger of Ardmore; and six grandchildren.
Mrs. Willingham was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Calvin Willingham on June 15, 1976; and two brothers, Donald and R.B. Brown.
Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of the Anderson-Kennedy Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers were Terry Dougherty, Gerald Blanton, Kenneth Henson, Tommy Fox, Johnny Buckaloo, Michael Willingham, and Carlos Fraire.
