Graveside services for Delbert Cullen Willis, 64, of Enville, were held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 14, in the Lebanon Cemetery with Arlie Louis Willis officiating.
Mr. Willis was born April 23, 1938, at Enville, the son of E.C. and Estalene Hill Willis. He died Friday, April 11, 2003, at Mercy Memorial Health Center, Ardmore.
He had been a resident of the Enville community all of his life. Mr. Willis retired from the Oklahoma State Highway Department and was also a retired farmer. He graduated from Marietta High School in 1956. He and Margaret Luttrell were married November 20, 1960, in Ardmore. They made their home in the Enville community. Mr. Willis was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Willis of the home; three sons and daughter-in-law, Butch Willis and James Willis of Enville and Corbett and Anita Willis of Madill; a daughter and son-in-law, Beth Willis and Curtis Cochran of Marietta; a sister, Betty McKay of Marietta; a brother, Joe D. Willis of Ardmore; and two grandchildren.
Mr. Willis was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers were Jerry Stewart, Tom Goodin, Pete Adams, Dannie Minyard, Phil McGinnis and Charles Kennedy. Honorary pallbearers were George Jeong and Robert Ingram.
Services were under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, Marietta.
