A private service for Cleo Gray Womack, 94, was held in Downey, California, following her death on October 25, 1994, in a care facility in Springfield, Oregon.
Born July 18, 1900, in Canton, Texas, Mrs. Womack was the daughter of James and Lula Hinkle. A former Love County resident, she was a seamstress and homemaker. Mrs. Womack had lived in Santa Barbara, California, before moving to Springfield six years ago.
She is survived by two sons, Lloyd Cotton Gray of Solvang, California and Von Womack; a daughter, Oleta Goss of Springfield; two sisters, Marie Balthrop of Springfield and Ronnie Hughes of Altus; 18 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
