Services for Mary M. Talbert, 88, will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the Anderson-Kennedy Chapel with Mr. Floyd Johnson, minister of the Marietta Church of Christ, officiating.
Mrs. Talbert died January 31, 1995, in the Colonial Park Nursing Home, Marshall, Texas. Born at Bomar, Indian Territory on November 27, 1906, she lived in the Marietta area until 1969.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Rayford Renick of Waskom, Texas; a brother, J.V. Grice of Marietta; two grandchildren, Kristi Harris and Renee Williams; and two great-grandchildren, Kayla and Kayce Williams.
Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of the Anderson-Kennedy Funeral Home.

Services for Mary M. Talbert, 88, were Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the Anderson-Kennedy Chapel with Mr. Floyd Johnson, minister of the Marietta Church of Christ, officiating.
Born November 26, 1906, at Bomar, Indian Territory, Mrs. Talbert died January 31, 1995, in the Colonial Park Nursing Home in Marshall, Texas. She was the daughter of James Thomas and Linda Ellen Cranmore Grice.
Mrs. Talbert lived in the Marietta area until 1969 and had been a resident of Waskom, Texas, for 10 years. She married Arthur Talbert in Marietta on December 23, 1937. Mrs. Talbert was of the Church of Christ belief.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Rayford Renick, Jr. of Waskom, Texas; a brother, J.V. Grice of Marietta; two grandchildren, Kristi Harris and Renee Williams; and two great-grandchildren, Kayla and Kayce Williams.
Mrs. Talbert was preceded in death by her husband on February 13, 1969; a sister, Beulah Harris; and two brothers, George Grice and Earl Grice.
Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of the Anderson-Kennedy Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers were Travis Givens, Pete Jordan, Monroe Thompson, Rudolph McGehee, Pete Wright and Rayford Renick, Jr.
