Services for Mattie Layne Sanker, one month old infant of Clay and Melinda Pinkston Sanker, of North Richland Hills, Texas, were Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel, Gainesville, Texas. Officiating was John Ketchersid, minister of the Baker Boulevard Church of Christ, Fort Worth, Texas.

Born September 30, 1999, in Fort Worth, the infant died October 28, 1999, in Children's Medical Center, Dallas, Texas.

Survivors are the parents; twin sister, Challie Erin Sanker of North Richland Hills; grandparents, Janie Pinkston of Fort Worth, Coet and Steve McPeek of Clinton, Mississippi, and Karen Sanker of North Richland Hills; and great-grandmother, Ruby Burkhart of Gainesville.

The infant was preceded in death by a brother, Turner Coleman Sanker on November 24, 1997; grandfathers, Looney Coleman "Slim" Pinkston on October 26, 1995; and Neil Sanker in August 1999; and great-grandmother, Billie Stowe in January 1999.

Interment in the Fairview Cemetery, Gainesville, was directed by Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.
