Services for JoAnn Toles Robinson, 47, of Ardmore, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, November 15, at Eastside Baptist Church, Marietta, with the Rev. E.J. Patterson officiating. A wake service will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, November 14, at Sunrise Baptist Church, Ardmore.
Mrs. Robinson was born December 17, 1955, at Burneyville, the daughter of Elmo and Clotilde Baker Toles. She died Sunday, November 9, 2003, in Mercy Memorial Health Center, Ardmore.
After graduating from Turner High School in 1973, she moved to Ardmore to make her home. Mrs. Robinson had been the manager of McDonald's in Ardmore for 18 years. She was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church, Ardmore.
Survivors include a son, Jermaine Toles of Ardmore; a daughter, Clotisha Robinson of Ardmore; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Elmo Jr. and Ella Toles of Burneyville, Elmer Gene and Willie Ruth Toles of Lawton, Billy Wayne and Linda Toles of San Antonio, Texas and Frank E. and Silke Toles of Fayetteville, North Carolina; two sisters and brother-in-law, Vergie (Toles) and Vernell Stoughtenborough and Margaret (Smith) Moore, all of Ardmore; a granddaughter, Alexia Sha'Rae Morningstar Robinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Patsy L. Jones; and two brothers, V.T. Smith and Julius Smith.
Pallbearers will be Osanta Moore, Julius Toles, Milton Toles, Anthony Brown, Jerald Kirk and Billy Gene Williams, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Milton "Bo" Dailey, Virgil Smith, William Peevy and Donald Ray Hartman.
Flower girls will be Priscilla Burrough, Kathy Gill, Candi Fuentes, Sharon McGee, Toni Tucker, Wanda Studdlebeam, Sheila Myles and Kim Brown.
Interment will be in the Dunbar Cemetery, Burneyville, under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, Marietta.
