Services for Sandra Jeanean Hightower, 40, of Marietta, were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, at Griffin Funeral Home chapel in Ardmore.

Mrs. Hightower was born July 19, 1962, at Lubbock, Texas, the daughter of William and Barbara Wilsie Morris. She died Thursday, April 10, 2003, in an Oklahoma City hospital.

She and Virgil Hightower were married on January 10, 1984, in Amarillo, Texas. She moved to this area 12 years ago and was employed by Mercy Love County Hospital in Marietta.

Survivors include her husband, Virgil Hightower; one son, Timothy D. Hightower; and one daughter, Barbara L. Hightower both of the home; her father, William Morris; and two brothers, Shawn Morris and Christopher Morris, all of Ardmore.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Interment was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 16 at Bokoshe Cemetery.
