Word has been received of the death of Asa W. Crump at his home in Fort Worth, Texas, on December 18, 1990.

Mr. Crump was born July 12, 1914, in Marietta and grew up in the Oil Springs community. He married the former Opal Fincher, and she preceded him in death in 1984.

Survivors include three sons, T.J. Crump of Arlington, Texas, Dale Crump of Fort Worth, and Harold Crump of Cleburne, Texas; a daughter, Florne Snow of Cleburne; two sisters, Dollie Wood of Fort Worth and Willie Freeland of Apple Valley, California; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Interment was in Hawkins Cemetery, Arlington.
