Graveside services for Lear Allwin Baker Jr., 65, of Stonewall, were held at 10 a.m., Monday, November 10, in Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta, with Jeff McLemore officiating.
Mr. Baker was born May 17, 1938, in Kingman, Arizona, the son of Lear A. Baker Sr. and Dony Richey Baker. He died Thursday, November 6, 2003, in the Stonegate Nursing Home, Stonewall.
He had been a resident of Stonewall for the past two months, previously making his home in Maud. He enjoyed computer classes. Mr. Baker was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include 25 first cousins including Cecil "Chief" Thomas of High Ridge, Missouri, and Monroe Thompson, Victor Thompson and Alyne Griffin of Marietta.
Services were under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, Marietta.
