Services for Mildred Loraine Aspinwall were Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in the Thackerville Methodist Church with Rev. Tony Day officiating.
Ms. Aspinwall was born August 4, 1933, at Bristole, Georgia, the daughter of Clyde Jacob and Alma Sapp Aspinwall, and died March 9, 1995, in Branson, Missouri.
Ms. Aspinwall had lived in Thackerville for two years, previously living in Kansas for three years and in Florida for many years. She was a jeweler and attended the Thackerville Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Ernie Altman, Jr. of Blackshear, Georgia; a daughter and son-in-law, Jeanie and Michael McConnell of Branson; a brother, Franklin Aspinwall of Blackshear; two sisters, Ann and Pat Aspinwall of Jacksonville, Florida; three grandchildren, Sandy Young and Benny and Tommy Vann; and seven great-grandchildren.
Interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Thackerville, was directed by the Anderson-Kennedy Funeral Home. Casket bearers were Benny Vann, Tommy Vann, Joe Ferina, Craig Livingston, David Hollar and John Hughes. Honorary bearers included John Bond, Gary Reed, Wesley Smith, Jimmy Rains, Don Scivally, Trent Baggett, Bill Shankles and Wesley Liddell, Jr.
