Memphis was born on March 7, 2018, in Fayetteville, NC to Morgan Elizabeth Lemons. Memphis passed away April 27, 2024, in Marietta following a tragic accident.

Memphis was raised by his loving mawme/grandmother, Laurie Lemons and mother, Morgan. He attended Fundamentals Therapy Center and kindergarten with Vprep of Oklahoma. He looked forward to attending school and the daily car rides with his memaw and papaw, Eyvonna and Clifton "Bud" Lemons. Memphis loved his teachers, spending time with his friends, and learning new things.   Memphis was a vibrant and bright boy. He loved playing with Legos and always thought the directions they provided with the Lego sets were incorrect, and he would build it better. Memphis had a connection with Pokémon, and he called them his "babies". He enjoyed being outdoors, playing in his sandbox, and picking flowers. Memphis was a great hunter and collector of bugs. One of his favorite pastimes was going to the zoo, the aquarium, and the ocean. Memphis loved to see all the animals and was mesmerized by the water.

Memphis was preceded in death by his great-great-grandparents, Jack and Willie "Claudell" Higgins and C.H. "Bud" and Ora Lemons.
