Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta. Arrangements were directed by Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, Marietta.
Born February 1, 1965, at Ardmore, the son of Charlie A. Howard, Sr. and Betty Roper Howard, he died Sunday, December 4, 2005, at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Mr. Howard had been a resident of Love County all of his life. He had been employed as a cook/dishwasher in local restaurants. He enjoyed fishing and listening to country music. He was of the Assembly of God faith.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Carl and Betty Hill of the home; a stepdaughter, Jessica Lindsey of Boswell; six brothers and sisters-in-law, Samuel Howard, Daniel Howard, Michael and Robin Howard, Donald and Kathy Howard, Steve and Jennifer Matthews, all of Marietta, and Jackie and Rhonda Howard of Ardmore; two sisters and brother-in-law, Norma and Greg Herndon and Linda Howard, all of Gainesville; sister-in-law, JoAnn Lehman of Marietta; 39 nieces and nephews and 24 great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Howard, Sr.; grandmother, Effie Hill; a brother, Charlie A. Howard, Jr.; a nephew, Michael Ray Howard, Jr.; and two nieces, Candice Howard and Amber Howard.
Pallbearers were Kelly Scarce, Ronnie Spradling, Billy Garrison, Ray Willingham, Richard Stephens, Billy Lambert and Charlie Whitlock.
