Services for Brandon Wayne Gill, 37, of Lone Grove were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 5 in the Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home Chapel, Marietta with Pastor Jim Yeager officiating.

Interment followed in Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta.

Born January 18, 1976 in Ardmore, the son of George West and Marilyn Gayle Flanagan Gill, he departed this earth to be with the Lord on August 29, 2013 in Lone Grove. A 1996 graduate of Ardmore High School, Brandon was employed as a stocker/cashier for Dollar Tree. He loved his family and friends dearly. Brandon had such a generous and giving heart and was truly a blessing to all who knew him…his smile and attitude showed brightly whenever you saw him. He also loved the outdoors, playing the drums, and horses; however, his longtime passion was to be a bullrider. His hobbies included working on his tractor, gardening and home improvements, especially landscape projects. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his fiancée Cyndy and nephew Montana and visiting Cyndy’s son and family, Zack, Linsey and little Elli Kay in Coffeyville, Kansas. Brandon also loved motorcycles and hanging around with members of the biker groups, Outlaws, Forsaken Few and American Iron Riders.

Preceding him in death were his father, George West Gill and his grandparents, Ben Tom Sr. and Helen Gill and Winston Merle Flanagan.

Survivors include his mother, Marilyn Gill of Ardmore; grandmother, Lona Flanagan of Ardmore; fiancée, Cyndy Chapman of Lone Grove; a brother and sister-in-law, Jeremy and Mindy Gill, also of Lone Grove; a sister, Kellie Gill of Ardmore; nieces and nephews, Montana Gill, Joseph Gill, Billy Dean Wood, Savannah Raye Wood, Hannah Gill and Kristopher Lehman; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and a special uncle, Winston Keith Flanagan, whom he always looked up to.

Serving as pallbearers were Herman Burroughs “H.B.”, Michael Bennett, William “Pedie” Gordon and representatives of the American Iron Riders, Forsaken Few and Outlaws.
