Louis Daniel Cross Jr

Louis began this life on August 4, 1967, in Madill, OK. The son of Louis and June (Hughes) Cross, Louis grew up and attended schools in Marietta. Louis graduated from Marietta High School with the class of 1986. He later moved to Texas where he started his own plumbing business. Cross Plumbing was his pride and legacy. Louis worked as a Master Plumber for more than 31 years. He became very active in several groups that promoted continuing education and proper practices in the plumbing industry such as the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, Continuing Professional Education for Texas Plumbers, and the Bentwater Men Association Club. Louis also loved riding motorcycles and was a member of the Cut-N-Shoot Chapter of his Harley Davidson Club. He was also a proud member of the Montgomery County Republican Party. Louis enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing, boating, skiing, and traveling.
 
Louis is preceded in death by his parents Louis D. Cross Sr. & June Hughes Cross.
 
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Marti Cross; sons, Jade D. Cross and wife Brittney, Collin Williams, Shawn Gnatowski and wife Adelene, Ryan Gnatowski, and
Kevin Gnatowski; daughter, Olga Janina Lopez; and sister, Tammy Cross.
 
Honorary bearers for Louis’ service are grandchildren Parker Jade Cross, Oliver Charles Lopez, Lane Cash Gnatowski, Mia Jolie Gnatowski, Niko James Gnatowski, Vincent Elijah Gnatowski, and Mariah Alize (Minnow) Gnatowski.
 
Honorary Family are Uncle Ernest and Aunt Carolyn Morgan, Aunt Rosemary Brown, Aunt Nettie Moore, Danny and Paula Henley, and Sheldon Brown.
 
Louis was loved by many cousins, family, and friends. Louis will forever be missed.
