Preceding Brewster in death were his aunt and uncle, Kecia and Kent Brewster; and great-grandparents, Minnie and Herbert Nelson and Grady Brewster.
Born February 28 at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, Brewster spent his short life of 37 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. He was cared for by the very best medical team of doctors and nurses. During those few days he was loved by so many people. The many prayers offered up to God in support of him were greatly appreciated. Brewster was a small boy on a mission from God. During his short life span there were many miracles taking place in the lives of people he loved…families brought closer together, friendships strengthened, and lots of people renewing their commitment to a Christian life.
Assisting as casket bearers were Mike Fina, Dr. Tyson Hale, State Representative Dan Kirby, State Treasurer Ken Miller, former State Representative Richard Phillips, Pat Raffaniello, Jeff Shafer and Jack Victory. Honorary bearers were Jim Jay Brewer, Susan Bynum, Kitty Chaney, State Representative Joe Dorman, Carl Hughes, Tonya Lee, Judge Alicia Littlefield, Creed Littlefield, Wendi Price, Blakely Shafer, Rae Ann Shafer, Jeffrey Shafer, Jayden Shafer, Chris Smith, Jim Waters, Kim White and Michelle Wynn.
The family wishes to thank their many friends at the State Capitol for their continued prayers and support.
In lieu of flowers, they request memorial contributions to the Brewster Scholarship Foundation c/o Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, 100 East Main Street, Marietta, OK 73448.
