Services for Frankie J. Bone were Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Burneyville Baptist Church. Officiating were Rev. Jim Whitley and Rev. Bruce Hill.

Born January 1, 1923, in Burneyville, Mrs. Bone died March 6, 1994, in the Love County Health Center, Marietta, at the age of 71.

She was the daughter of Henry D. and Cora Brockwell Idell. A resident of Burneyville all of her life, she graduated from Burneyville High School in 1942. She married S.F. Bone, Jr. on July 14, 1945, in Marietta. Mrs. Bone was a homemaker and a member of the Burneyville Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, S.F. Bone, Jr. of the home at Burneyville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Patrice Bone of Marietta and Tim and Kathy Bone of Vernon, Texas; two daughters and son-in-law, Sue Bone of the home and Rita and Mike Suggs of Burneyville; father-in-law, Sid Bone of Marietta; brother and sister-in-law, Cecil and Juanita Idell of Burneyville; and five grandchildren, Steven Suggs, Amy Bone, Allen Bone, Shane Bone and Courtney Bone.

Mrs. Bone was preceded in death by six brothers, Luther Idell, Mark Idell, Albert Idell, Virgil Idell, Homer Idell and Elmer Idell; and three sisters, Mae Idell, Bessie Thompson and Gracie Shinn.

Services were under the direction of the Anderson-Kennedy Funeral Home with interment in the Burneyville Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ricky Harrill, Mutt Hays, Curt Carlile, Raymond Rychlik, Adolfo Ramon and Corky Cartwright.
