Celebration of life services for Byron Koehn will take place at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva.

Byron Lee Koehn, son of the late Bryson and Nathalie (Decker) Koehn, was born January 13, 1957, and passed away March 26, 2020, at the age of 63. Byron attended and graduated from Medford Public Schools in 1975 and Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 1979. August 14, 1982, he married Karen Bishop at Alva.

He is survived by his wife, Karen (Bishop) Koehn of Alva; sister, Sandra Foraker (Roger); brother, Dwight Koehn (Beverly); mother-in-law, Hazel Bishop; brothers-in-law, Chuck Bishop, Bill Bishop, and Tim Bishop (Diana); sister-in-law, Kathy Lohmann; cousins, niece, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to NWOSU Foundation or the charity of choice.
