Billís family was his greatest source of joy and strength. He was always there for anyone that needed help. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and was a beloved grandfather. One of his favorite pastimes was being at the lake with Vicki and family.
Bill was a talented musician and songwriter who played the guitar, piano, and sang lead in numerous bands. He lived in Pacifica, CA in the San Francisco Bay area in the early 1980s with his band, including his wife Vicki who was the lead singer. He continued to play music throughout his life and was last on stage this past October at the annual Moundville Native American Festival in Moundville, AL.
