Funeral services for Westeen Yohey of Guthrie, Okla. are pending under the direction of Davis Funeral Home, Guthrie, Okla. Westeen died Tuedsay, Dec. 7, 1999 at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Funeral services will be held for Westeen Yohey of Guthrie, Okla. at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999 at First Southern Baptist Church in Guthrie. Services will be officiated by Rev. David Nolen under the direction of Davis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie. Westeen was born in Fredrick, Okla. to Gordon and Vera (Deene) Edwards. She died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 1999 at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Westeen had lived in the Guthrie area since 1991 moving here from Oklahoma City. She was a housewife and homemaker and a member of the First Southern Baptist Church. She was a music evangelist for the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma.
Westeen married Ken Yohey on May 14, 1983 in Oklahoma City.
She is survived by her husband, Ken Yohey of Guthrie; two sons, Allen Brown and wife, Michelle, of Little Axe, Okla.; Tommy Lee Brown and wife, Mary, of Clarksville, Tenn.; one sister, Doris Weathers and husband, Richard, of Mustang, Okla.; one brother, Gordon Edwards and wife, Jeanette, of Shawnee, Okla. and five grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions, c/o First Southern Baptist Church, 202 E. Noble, Guthrie,OK 73044. Friends may call at Davis Funeral Home from 8:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
