Born: January 06, 1944
Died: February 15, 2015

Sharon Irene Reed, 71, of Guthrie, OK, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 in Guthrie. She was born in La Junta, CO, to William and Velta (Clark) Casebolt on January 6, 1944.

Sharon was known as "Grandma" and was a caring, selfless, and thoughtful lady. To her, she had no step-children, they were all her own. She lived for her kids and grandchildren. Even in failing health, she was her grandchildren’s biggest supporter, baking pies to raise funds to help support their various activities. To know her was to love her. She never left you feeling like a stranger.

Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Reed, son Martin and daughter Angela, brother Frank Hubert, and sister Margaret Ann Rich.

Sharon is survived by three sons, William Eugene Reed and Billie of Guthrie, Kenneth Ray Morgan and Teresa of Georgia, and William Neal Morgan of Texas and one daughter Betty Ford and Curtis of Guthrie. She is also survived by ten grandchildren: Allie, Dalton, Ray, Randall, Michelle, Amanda, David, Stacy, Scott, and Brian along with many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Robby Robbins officiating. Interment will be held at Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.

There will be no public viewing.
