Agnes Alice Musil

ENID, Okla. Agnes Alice Musil, 96, of Guthrie, Okla., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, in Edmond, Okla. Agnes was born June 12, 1917, in Bison, Okla., to Joseph and Anna Marie (Vculek) Fuxa.

Agnes lived in Logan County most of her life.

She married Joe E. Musil Aug. 25, 1937, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bison, Okla.

She was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church in Guthrie and a former member of Crescent Round Up Club. She enjoyed her grandkids, working in the garden, cooking for her family and attending rodeos.

Survivors include her son, Dennis Musil and wife Debi of Guthrie; brother, Stanley Fuxa and wife Betty of Minnesota; sister, Marie Semrad of Waukomis; four grandchildren, Marty, Annesa, Joey and Troy; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe in 1982; one sister and one brother.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, at St. Mary?s Catholic Church, with Rev. Charles Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home, Guthrie. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at St. Marys Catholic Church. Visitation will be noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
