Vera Munday

Born: January 17, 1925
Died: January 16, 2015

Vera Beatrice Munday passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015. She was born January 17, 1925 to George and Martha (Wegner) Koehn on a farm in the Coyle area.

Vera attended a country school and graduated from Coyle Public School. Following high school, she attended beauty school in Oklahoma City. She was a beautician for many years in the Guthrie area.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lester, and a sister, Elva Henry.

She is survived by many cousins and friends.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie with Reverend Amy Rogers officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.

There will not be any viewing.

Memorials may be sent to First Christian Church, 402 East Noble Avenue, Guthrie, OK 73044.
