Travis Scott Leon Moad

Died: May 25, 2011

Travis Scott Leon Moad, "Bear", climbed the golden stairway to his Heavenly Father’s home. He was born on November 30, 1970 in Enid, OK to Horace and Nora Moad.

He went to sleep at 12:00 noon and quietly slipped into his Father’s arms on Wednesday, May 25, 2011. He was devoted to bringing others to Christ. His biggest worry was whether the ones he loves were saved.

He is survived by his mother Nora Moad; three sisters and brothers-in-law Tammy Williams and Dee Williams, Teresa Clear and Tony Anceravige, and Trista Gilbert and David Gilbert; and one brother Timothy Moad; He is also survived by eight nephews, three nieces, five great-nephews, one great-niece, and two on the way.

He is preceded in death by his father Horace G. Moad, uncle Darrow Boon, aunts Beverly Curry and Norma Buxton, uncle Denzel Moad, and several cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Living Water Church with Pastor Randy Wilkerson officiating. Interment will follow at Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie, OK.

Viewing will be Friday, 10:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
