Died: April 13, 2013

Mass of Christian Burial for Lucile Marjorie Major, 97, of Guthrie, OK will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Reverend Robert T. Wood officiating. Interment will follow at Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.

Lucile was born on December 12, 1915 in Pleasant Valley, OK to Robert and Anna (Meier) Priess. She passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013 in Guthrie.

Lucile was a devoted sister and aunt.

She is survived by two sisters Catherine Beck and Mary Ruhl both of Kingfisher, OK and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lucile is preceded in death by her parents, husband Alvie Major, two brothers Robert Priess, Jr. and Raymond Priess, and one sister Claudine Priess Tribble.

Visitation will be Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
