Kelly Don Green was born on July 2, 1965 in Ft. Worth, Texas and departed this life on August 10, 2018 in Guthrie, Oklahoma where he resided for the last 19 years.

Kelly spent most of his life as an electrician and handyman. He was a jack of all trades. In his free time he really enjoyed playing his guitar, playing ping pong with his sons and loved woodworking. He had a big heart and his home was always open to anyone who needed a place to stay. He was always there to lend a helping hand and many viewed him as a father figure in their lives.

Kelly was preceded in death by his mother Ozella Green and leaves behind his four children, daughter Aubrey Shorr of Guthrie, OK; daughter Kendall Brown of Decorah, IA; son Turner green and wife Jaide of Guthrie, OK; Son Weston Green of Guthrie, OK and beloved dog Shasta. He is also survived by his father Donald Green of Orlando, FL, brother Kevin Green and wife Kelly of Evergreen, CO, 2 grandchildren Carsten and Harlyn Jackson, nephew Jackson Green and numerous friends.

Kelly requested to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel. An inurnment will follow services at Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie. We are celebrating a life not mourning a death.

Memorial donations may be made to Hayes Funeral Home, 117 E. Noble, Guthrie, OK 73044.

Friends and family may sign the online guestbook at Hayes Funeral Home
