Graveside services for Margaret Ann Galvin, 92 of Guthrie will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 31, 2003 at Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie with the Rev. Dennis Hanrahan of St. Mary's Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Guthrie.
Margaret was born June 23, 1911 in Guthrie to John and Margaret Ann Daughterty. She died Sunday, July 27, 2003.
She was a member of St. Mary's Cathoilic Church. She married John William Galvin on July 22, 1940.
Survivors include two daughters, Ann Priess and husband Amos of Guthrie and Elaine Holman and husband Jim of Edmond; one son, Michael Galvin of Oklahoma City; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother and three sisters.
Rosary services will be held Wednesday, July 30 at 7 p.m. at Smith Memorial Chapel in Guthrie, and visitation for friends and family will be held on Wednesday beginning at 8:30 a.m.
