Shawn Eldon Allnutt, Sr. was born January 5, 1959 to Kenneth Wray and Velma Lee (Stephens) Allnutt in Harbor City, California. He had two older siblings, Kenneth Wray Allnutt, Jr. and Karen Lee Allnutt. They all started life in California, but soon ended up back with family in Oklahoma.
