ENID - Funeral for Howard Don Huffer, 87, was held Thursday, April 28, 2011, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Marshall, with Rev. Dan Thimell officiating. Burial was in Marshall Lions South Cemetery. Service was under the direction of Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home, Crescent.
Don was born Sept. 23, 1923, in Marshall to Howard and Ella (Young) Huffer and died Monday, April 25, 2011, in Crescent.
Surviving are his wife, Evadean; children, Rodney Huffer and wife Mary, Carol Eslinger and husband Ron, Mary Dewman and husband Jim and Susan Buckingham and husband Tom; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews
