Gary Kincaid

Born: July 16, 1938
Died: January 13, 2016

Robert Gary Kincaid, 77, passed away at his home in Mulhall, OK, on January 13, 2016. He was born July 16, 1938, in Guthrie, OK, to Earl and Dorothy Kincaid.

Gary’s life spanned many endeavors, including farming, oil rigs, truck driving, and welding. He loved drag racing, Nascar, dirt bike riding, reading, and soaking up information any way he could. In his later years, Gary enjoyed relaxing in his man cave, watching YouTube - still soaking up information till the very end, and spending time with his wife, Flo. But more than anything, Gary loved making people laugh. His sense of humor never wavered, and he brightened the lives of everyone around him. His laughter, wit, and smile will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Florence; two children, Sherry and Buck Stepp of Azle, Texas, and Cary and Melissa Kincaid of Perry; one stepson, Steve Terrel, of Mulhall; grandson Michael Sears, who grew up in Gary’s home and wife Ashley of Yukon; granddaughter Shana Sears of the home; sister Penny Hampton of Oklahoma City; another 5 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Gary’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, at First Baptist Church, Mulhall. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.

There will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested for Judith Karman Bristol Hospice, 915 South Main Street, Stillwater, OK 74047, 405-377-8012, or for First Baptist Church, Mulhall, 204 North Mcmillan St., Mulhall, OK 73063.
