Funeral services for Thurman Ellison, 45, who died in an Oklahoma City hospital last Thursday, July 26, were held Friday afternoon in the Methodist church at Mulhall. A minister from the Seventh Day Adventist church, in Oklahoma City, officiated at the services.
Ellison was born in Kansas and came to Oklahoma with his parents, when yet a baby, in 1889. He married Della Cross, of Mulhall who died some years ago.
Survivors are two children, Doyle and Vivian; two brothers, J. A. and Tom, all of Mulhall; and a sister, Mrs. Nan Hicks of Guthrie. Burial was made in Rose Lawn cemetery.
