Graveside funeral services for Michael "Mike" David Skaggs, 41, of Luther, OK will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at Oakland Knowles Cemetery, Crescent, OK with Pastor Mike Aynes of Believers Gathering Church of Guthrie, OK officiating. Memorial services will immediately follow at Believers Gathering Church. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
Mike was born on March 7, 1968 in Oklahoma City, OK to Carl David and Nancy R. (Sullivan) Skaggs. He died Saturday, April 25, 2009 in Oklahoma City.
