On Tuesday, January 19, Barbara Heflin, loving wife, mother and "Mimi" passed away at the age of 78. She was born September 5, 1942 to Robert Walker Barlow and Gladys (Berry) Barlow in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After graduating from Putnam City High School, Barbara married Robert Aubrey Heflin Jr. on June 8, 1961 in Oklahoma City.

She and Bob moved to Crescent, Oklahoma on July 27, 1970.

She is survived by Bob Heflin, her husband of 59 years, her son Robert and his wife Donna, and her son Richard and his wife Carole. The true joys of her life are her dear grandchildren, Elizabeth Hernandez, Laura Heflin, Matt Heflin and Leanah Heflin, and her dear great grandchildren Victoria and Nathan Hernandez. She was a woman of faith who will be greatly missed.

She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening and fishing. She and Bob spent 38 years in the insurance business and served the community of Crescent well as Tag agents for the last 47 years.

The graveside service will be Friday, January 29, 2021 at 10:30am at Oakland-Knowles Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family encourages you to donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, or your local church.
