Lola Mae Hicks Dickerson, former President of the Oklahoma Cosmetology Association and member of Council Road Baptist Church passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 16, 2020. Born in Vernon, Texas on November 9, 1922.

She is preceded in death by her parents Francis Marion and Eddie Russia Kennedy Hicks, her siblings Dewey, Hollie, Ruby Hall, Geneva Hendson, Ophelia Fay, Freda Johnson, her husband of 55 years William Oscar Dickerson.

Lola is survived by her 3 children and spouses Carlene Hanlon (John), Sandy Smiley (Chesley), and Richard Dickerson. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a faithful caring niece Linda Hall Ross.
