Services are pending with Abernathy Funeral Home in Crescent for Nellie Laurine Brock, 82, of Crescent. Brock was born July 22, 1920 in Kingfisher County. She died May 28, 2003 at the Crescent Care Center in Crescent.

Funeral services for Nellie Laurine Brock, 82, of Crescent will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2003 at First Baptist Church in Crescent with the Rev. Gerald Biswell officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland-Knowles Cemetery under the direction of Abernathy Funeral Home.
Brock was born July 22, 1920 in Kingfisher County to Byron and Carrie (Zachago) Pool. She died May 28, 2003 in Crescent.
She was a housewife and a member of the First Baptist Church of Crescent.
She married Leo Wayne Brock in April 1943 in Crescent. He preceded her in death February 28, 1994.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Tommy Pool, one grandson, Jerry Brock, and one great-granddaughter, Jordan McKee.
Survivors include four sons, Richard Brock, Leland Brock, Eddie Brock and Merle Brock, all of Crescent; two brothers, Bill Pool of Kingfisher and Theo Pool of Tulsa; three sisters, Thelma Hansens of Kingfisher, Betty Barnum of Edmond and Eva Golden of Oklahoma City; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
