Funeral services for Carolyn Sue Fagan, 59, of Guthrie, will be Friday, April 23, at 2:30 p.m. at Camp Joy Church, Guthrie, under the direction of Davis Funeral Home, Guthrie. Officiating will be Rev. Van Hudson assisted by Rev. Charles Luster.
Burial will be in Lawrie Cemetery, Guthrie.
Carolyn was born Nov. 5, 1944, in Guthrie to Thomas and Winona Julia (McAnulty) Martin. She died April 19, 2004, at Oklahoma Heart Hospital, Oklahoma City.
Carolyn lived in this area most of her life. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She was self-employed care giver. She was a member of the Mulhall Home Demonstration Club. She loved to do farming, gardening and walking, and she loved her dogs, cats and her pot bellied pigs.
She married James Warren Fagan on April 9, 1977, at Camp Joy Church.
She is survived by her husband: James Fagan of the home; a son; James Adam, Guthrie, a daughter: Carol Anne Fagan, Guthrie, and her fiancee, Jason Lee Smith, Stillwater; three brothers; Thomas Martin and wife Helen, Kenneth Martin and wife Georgene, and Lee Don Martin and wife Elda, all of Guthrie; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 1 - 5 p.m., Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. - noon.
