Billie Ruth Webb, age 86, of Coyle, Oklahoma passed away December 4, 2015 at her home. She was born on September 5, 1929 in Kansas to Ernest D. and Maybell R. (Sumner) Tate.

Billie was raised in Hoisington, Kansas. She married Edward Raymond Webb in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1946. She had lived in Coyle the past 38 years and previously lived in Wichita, Kansas. Billie was a member of Vassar Full Gospel Church in Mulhall. She enjoyed arts and crafts, painting, traveling and antique shopping.

Survivors include her 8 grandchildren, Charlie, Amber, Ashley, Shaun, Rhea, Rebecca, Kendra and Winston and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edward Raymond Webb in 1997, 3 children, Larry Gene Webb, Richard Dwayne Webb, Linda Ray Webb, 2 sisters, Dorothy Thomason, Betty Jean Smith and Irene McDonald, 1 brother, Roy Tate and 2 grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Crescent Cemetery in Crescent, Oklahoma with Pastor Ralph Yost officiating. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 Pm until 5:00 PM.
