6 Dec 1954 - 12 Aug 2018

Robert Lynn Winsworth, 63, of Earlsboro, died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018, in a local nursing home.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 17, at White Dove Cemetery with Darrell Witten officiating under the direction of Walker Funeral Service.

Robert was born Dec. 6, 1954, to Leon and Joan (Pennington) Winsworth.

He graduated in 1973 from high school in Flower Bluff, Texas.

On Nov. 25, 1978, he married Laura Dee Hise in Sparks.

He served in the United States Marine Corps and enjoyed camping, traveling, tinkering with motors, and spending time with his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Robert is survived by his wife, Dee Winsworth of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law: Shea and Willie Whittet of Earlsboro and Elizabeth and Michael Heaton of Sparks; two brothers and one sister-in-law: Jim and Jackie Winsworth of Meeker and Bill Winsworth of Sparks; and six grandchildren: Desiree Whittet, William Whittet, Eric Johnson, Erica Whittet, Shelby Johnson, and Michael Heaton.
