Raye Lynn Williams Pittman

Raye Lynn Pittman was born March 6, 1977 in Oklahoma City to Raymond and Alexis (Loman) Williams. She passed away July 28, 2022 in Oklahoma City at the age of 45.

Raye Lynn grew up playing softball, receiving a scholarship from, and pitching for the University of Central Oklahoma for 4 years. She was crafty and accomplished home projects on her own even installing a water softener and painting her kitchen cabinets. She loved her nieces and nephews and loved yelling from the stands at each of their school ball games. Raye Lynn loved her family deeply. Her life revolved around her husband, Joseph and together, they enjoyed hunting deer.

Raye Lynn was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Williams; brother, James Lee Williams; grandparents, Alexander and Betty Loman, Roy and Annabell Williams; and father-in-law, Gary Scaffide. Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Joseph Pittman; mother, Alexis and her husband Owen Dean of Jones; brother, Sammy Williams and wife Stacy of Jones; nieces and nephews, Danielle and Jacob Williams, Chayse, Macey-Rae, and Easton Pittman, Taylor, Tate, Kirbey, and Autrey McConnell; mother-in-law, Darleene Pittman-Scaffide; brother-in-law, Bryan Pittman; sister-in-law, Lesley and her husband Tucker McConnell; special aunts, Jeanne Moran, Debra McEwen, Holly Hale; along with other family and friends.

A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 1, 2022 at the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
