Chad Ray Mullendore

Chad Ray Mullendore was born August 29, 1984 to Darrell Mullendore and Brenda (Stewart). He passed away November 1, 2023 at his home in Wellston at the age of 39.

Chad worked in the oil field as a machinist. His best role in life; however, was being a father. He enjoyed fishing and hunting along with farming and will be missed by many who loved him.

Chad was preceded in death by his parents, Darrell Mullendore and Brenda (Stewart) Watlington; grandfathers, Eugene Mullendore and Charles Stewart. Survivors include his children, Dylan Fisher, Ariel Danker, Eric Mullendore, Brentlee Mullendore; siblings, Stacy Howard and her husband Bryan, Alicia Davis; grandmothers, Freda Mullendore and Alberta Robinson; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, November 3, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 4, 2023 at the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
