Brenda Kay Evans Danker

Brenda Kay Danker entered her eternal rest on March 23, 2026, at the age of 80. She was born February 8, 1946, in Chandler to Bob and Mary (Bone) Evans.

Brenda graduated from Wellston High School with the class of 1963, and married Dale Danker on November 24, 1969. She retired from her career at the Lincoln County Clerk's office in August 2014 following twenty-five years of service. Brenda spent her retirement years enjoying time with her family and lovingly caring for her wonderful parents.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Mary; husband, Dale Danker; son, Ricky Danker; and her brother, Jackie Evans. Survivors include her brother, Carrol Evans and wife Pam; sister, Janet and husband Steve Gay; daughters, Kimila and husband Bill Hinkle, Karen and husband Lynn Smithson; seven grandchildren, Misty Goeller, Dustin Danker, Neely Essex, Chad Hinkle, Traci Gardner, Cody Smithson, Chasity Wright; many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family.

A funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Trinity Baptist Church with interment following at Rossville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
