Jewelene "Judy" Mildred Mascho, age 87, a longtime resident of Chandler, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
Judy was born on June 15, 1938, in Davenport, Oklahoma, to Roy and Jewell (Campbell) Hallock. She attended school in Chandler, graduating from Chandler High School in 1956, and later continuing her education in business school.
On August 10, 1957, Judy married her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Robert G. Mascho in Burns, Oregon. They lived in Oregon for a short time before returning to Chandler when their first child was six weeks old, where they made their home and raised their family.
Throughout her life, Judy worked in several roles, including the shoe department at Hellman's Department Store and as a retail clerk in her family's bookstore, both in Chandler. She was also devoted to her role as a homemaker.
Judy and Robert enjoyed traveling together and were proud to have visited the capitals of all 50 states. She also enjoyed square dancing and time spent with family and friends. Known for her kind heart and a touch of sass, Judy brought joy to those around her. She will be deeply missed.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Mascho; a son, Mark Mascho; brother, Richard Hallock; and a son-in-law, Tim McBride.
She is survived by two daughters, Debra (Mascho) Foster of Chandler, and Julia (Mascho) Landry and her husband Mark Landry of Floral, Arkansas; one son, Tim Mascho and wife Mary of Chandler; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Parks Brothers Funeral Service Chapel, Chandler, with Rev. Keith Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Park Cemetery, Chandler, Oklahoma. Services are in the care of Parks Brothers Funeral Service, Chandler, Oklahoma.
