Charles (Doug) Douglas Robison

Charles Douglas "Doug" Robison, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023, in Weatherford, Oklahoma, at the age of 67. Doug was born on September 19, 1955 in Prague, Oklahoma. He was the son of Barney C. and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" (Muncy) Robison. Doug grew up in Prague and attended Paden Public Schools. As a student, Doug was very involved in the FFA and attended the First Baptist Church of Paden.

Following high school, Doug proudly served his country by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. He worked for many years in the oilfield, serving as a deck hand for Morgan Well Service for many years. He also traveled to Canada on several summers to work in the apple orchards.

In his spare time, Doug enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycle. Doug was also a member of the Prague First Assembly of God.

Doug was preceded in death by his father, Barney C. Robison and one son, Clayton Robison.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Robison; one daughter, Lynn Turner and her husband, Jeff; one granddaughter, Maci Smith; one brother, Mark Robison; two sisters, Susan Lakins and her husband, Tim and Carlita Robison-Flient and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
