KAROLYN FAY PHILLIPS
1949 - 2012


Karolyn Fay Yeager Phillips was born on November 24, 1949, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, November 27, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 63.
Karolyn, the daughter of Floyd and Sylvia Roberts Yeager, was a resident of Guthrie, Oklahoma.
She married Terry Phillips on May 6, 2000, in Seminole, Oklahoma.
Karolyn was a graduate of the Oklahoma School for the Blind and worked for the League for the Blind as a receptionist, answering service and dispatcher.
She was a member of the Seminole First Assembly of God Church and the Seasons of Refreshing online church.
Her parents and grandparents, Willard and Mary Roberts and Tim and Bertha Yeager preceded Karolyn in death.
Karolyn is survived by her husband, Terry Phillips of the home, sons and daughter-in-law, Richard Yeager of Oklahoma City, Steven and Layla Yeager of Prague, step-son, Richard Phillips of Seminole, step daughters, Trina Phillips of Ogden and Utah and Susan Phillips of Spokane, Washington, brother and sister-in-law, Tommy and Melba Yeager of Oklahoma City, sisters and brother-in-law, Pat Moore of Seminole and Joanne and Roger Fleming of Prague, aunt, Bea Hanks of Seminole, numerous nephews and nieces and other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Pastor Doyle Long officiating.
