RICHARD DEE MURRAY
1942 - 2016


Richard Dee Murray, former Chandler, Oklahoma, resident was born August 16, 1942, in Chandler, and departed this life February 12, 2016, at his home in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 73 years.
Richard was the son of John Dee and Frances Ora Richardson Murray.
He worked as a credit manager for OG&E many years.
Richard graduated from Chandler High School in 1960, and was very active in the Chandler Alumni Association, having served as president in 1968.
His parents preceded Richard in death.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Tammy Murray of Shawnee, Oklahoma, and Richard abd Michele Murray of Choctaw, Oklahoma; one sister, Judy Crouch of Chandler; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
