MARTHA CAROL McKINNEY
1950 - 2013


Martha Carol McKinney, Cushing resident, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2013 in the Oklahoma State Medical Center in Tulsa, at the age of 62 years.
The daughter of the late, Wilson McKinney and Etta Brown McKinney, Martha was born on October 16, 1950 in Pawnee, Oklahoma.
Martha was a member of the Christ Is The Answer Fellowship Church in Traskwood, Arkansas.
She loved playing with her grandkids and spending time with family; she also enjoyed shopping and playing computer games and pool.
Martha is survived by two children, Andrea Butler of Cushing and Damon McKinney of Benton, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Krystal Littlesun, Bradley Littlesun, Kasey Littlesun, Andrew Littlesun, Jade McKinney and Brendan McKinney; six great-grandchildren, Alec Harper, Jordan Harper, MeKaela Harper, Michael Henson, Bradley Henson and Micki Lime; four sisters, Charlie McKinney of Stroud, Jeannie Sugar of Cushing, Toni Littlewalker of Cushing and Nita McKinney of Tulsa as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by one son, Joel McKinney and one brother, Michael McKinney.
Funeral services will be Monday, February 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Community Building on the Sac and Fox Reservation with Reverend Gary Casteel and Pastor Jeff Harrison, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Sac & Fox Cemetery, Stroud.
Viewing will be held Saturday from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m.
