SONDRA JEAN JOHNSTON
1948 - 2015


Sondra Jean McKee Johnston was born on May 22, 1948, in Seminole, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Saturday, May 16, 2015, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 66.
Jean, the daughter of Al and Lois Collins McKee, was a resident of Chandler.
She graduated from Woodland High School with the class of 1966.
She married Keith Leroy Johnston on July 30, 1966, in Woodland, California.
Jean loved crafting, scrapbooking was something that she was particularly fond of, everyone had at least one that she’d prepared for them. She was a very active member at the Chandler Kingdom Hall. But her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family, especially her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Jean is survived by her husband of 48 years, Keith Leroy Johnston of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Natalie Johnston of Prague; grandchildren, Mariah Johnston, Dustin and Kim Johnston, Jenna Johnston, Joshua McDonald, Seth Huggins and Nicholas Huggins; great grandchildren, Aiden Johnston and Dannielle Johnston; other numerous family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall in Chandler with Matt Porter officiating.
Interment will follow at Little Cemetery at a later date.
