DONALD WAYNE HEATH JR.
1958 - 2013


Donald Wayne Heath, Jr., age 55, of Adona, Arkansas, was born January 1, 1958, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the son of Rosalie Stamper. He passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2013, in Adona, Arkansas.
Donald worked as a sheet rocker and enjoyed fishing.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Harold Stamper.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy, of the home; two sons and daughter-in-law, Donald Heath, III & Amanda, Harrah, Oklahoma; Michael Leslie, Ada, Oklahoma; daughter, Jessica Leslie, Ada, Oklahoma; father, Wayne Heath, McLoud, Oklahoma; mother, Rosalie Stamper, Harrah, Oklahoma; three brothers, David R. Stamper, Harrah, Oklahoma; David W. Heath, Wellston, Oklahoma; Jeopathy Heath, Yukon, Oklahoma; four sisters, Sharon Heath, Waynesburg, Pennsylvania; Debra Heath, Harrah, Oklahoma; LaDonna Ackerman, McLoud, Oklahoma; Stacie Heath, Shawnee, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Hunter, Harley, Hannah, Alexis, Annabell, Al, and Emma and several nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.
Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 27, 2013, at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, Oklahoma.
Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, Oklahoma.
Services are under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, Oklahoma.
