ROBERT EUGENE GEORGE
1929 - 1997


Robert Eugene George died Tuesday in Oklahoma City at the age of 68.
He was born August 31, 1929, in Milfay, Oklahoma, the son of Robert and Ella Gilliam George.
He was a farmer and had lived in Modesto, California before moving to Oklahoma City.
He had served in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of LaGrange, California Baptist Church.
He is survived by his brother, Norman George of Modesto, California, sister, Verla Sanders of Oklahoma City, nephews, David George and Kevin George of California and many other relatives as well as numerous friends.
His parents preceded him in death.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel, Stroud, with the Rev. Bob Harris officiating.
Burial will be in Stroud Cemetery.
